Adelaide is a Psychotherapist based at the Community Psychotherapy Network and Leo Weisz Therapy in London. Alongside this, she works at the Anna Freud Centre, managing a project that aims to radically improve the help young people receive following traumatic events and experiences.

 

Adelaide has a BSc (Hons) degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, and a PgDip in Contemporary Psychotherapy from Beeleaf Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy. She works in accordance with UKCP’s Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct, providing both short-term and long-term therapy for a wide range of difficulties from low self-esteem to trauma and loss.

She has worked with organisations such as HSBC and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change to increase understanding of mental health in the workplace. She continues to deliver bespoke talks and workshops to corporations.
